RETURNS and REFUNDS 

 

We are proud of our collection and your 100% satisfaction is our goal.  All Luxury Linens 4 Less products are guaranteed.  If for any reason you are not pleased with your purchase, simply contact us by e-mail at sales@luxury-linens-4-less.com to set up a return. 

You need to contact us within 30 days of receipt of your order to get a RAM # (return authorization #).  Please don't send back your item without a RAM.  We don't accept return after 30 days. 

Once you have the RAM please return the item to the address provided with a copy of your receipt and an explanation for your return. Allow 7 business days for your refund to be initiated.

After we have received your return, inspected it, and approved it for a refund, we will credit the approved refund amount to the form of payment used to purchase the item excluding shipping and handling charge. Some of our products are offered with free shipping, so please be aware that if you return one of these products our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund.

Please note: To be accepted for return, items must be UNUSED in their original purchase condition, including the original product packaging, manufacturer's containers, tags and all accessories.  All packaging, including the original manufacturer's containers, must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner. Items purchased as part of a set may not be returned individually.

Health department regulations do not permit us to accept open packages of bedding including: sheets, duvet covers, down comforters, pillowcases, and pillows for refund or credit. Bedding that has been washed is not returnable.
