RETURNS and REFUNDS 

We are proud of our collection and your satisfaction is our goal at Luxury Linens 4 Less. Please email sales@luxury-linens-4-less.com for a return authorization.

To help us maintain our flat rate shipping policy and prevent our customers the cost of returning unwanted items please feel free to ask questions regarding our products and be sure to check your order confirmation to ensure that your order reads correctly prior to items shipping.

Items must be received back to Luxury Linens 4 Less within 30 days from date of shipment.  

Please include a copy of your receipt with an explanation for your return.

Items in their original condition and original packaging can be returned for a refund.

Used or laundered items are not eligible for any refund.

Please note:

To be accepted for return, items must be in their original purchase condition, contained within the original product packaging with any documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories that were included. Any item that you received with tags attached must be returned with those tags intact. All packaging, including the original manufacturer's containers, must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner. Items purchased as part of a set may not be returned individually. Returns that do not meet these requirements will be sent back and no refund will be issued. 

Items opened and removed from the packaging:  we will issue a refund of your purchase price less a 10% re-stocking fee on any item removed from the packaging and unfolded. This fee covers the time it takes to repackage and inspect items to make sure they are fit for resale.

Items shipped back as “refused”, “return to sender”, “not ordered” or “incorrect address” will be subject to any return freight charges billed to Luxury Linens 4 Less by the carrier and will be deducted from any refund unless pre-authorized.

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.   Return shipping is at your expense, using the carrier of your choice.  Returned items that qualified for free shipping will be issued a refund less actual shipping charges.

Clearance Items:

All Sales are Final. No refunds will be permitted.

Exchanges:

Please follow the procedure for a return. Then place a new order for the item you would like.

Please allow 7 business days for your refund to be initiated.
